5 Easy Steps to Create More money In SEO

Search engine optimization or SEO is regarded as one of the best strategies to improve traffic on ones website and thereby make money. Search engine optimization improves the ranking of your website on the search engine results page. Here are five easy steps to create more money in SEO. This will result in more lucrative SEO.

The first step is to research the keywords properly. Get a clear picture about which keywords people generally use to reach your products and services. You can use a keyword research tool or a keyword suggestion tool for this purpose.

The next step to make lucrative SEO is to make your website content rich in keywords. Include the keywords in the title and the Meta tags.

The third step to make more money with SEO is to include your keywords or the key phrases in the body text. The homepage of your website should at least have around 200 words material that is rich in keywords.

The fourth step to lucrative SEO is building up your links that is linking your website to other websites having similar content as your website. This will help in generating traffic to your website. The visitors visiting these sites will in turn get linked to your website.

The fifth step to make more money with search engine optimization is by creating a website map. Make sure that your web pages link to the next and previous pages properly. It is recommended that you use full name of your domain to link back to the homepage so that your websites link gets more popular.

Back to school Safety

As we pack our K-12 kids up and get them ready for another school year, we need to be constantly thinking about their safety. This applies both to their travel to and from school and their safety while on school grounds.

Parent drivers must remain watchful. Children dart unexpectedly into traffic, often from between parked cars. And young pedestrians face a variety of dangers while walking to and from school. Here are a few basic safety tips to follow:

Mind all traffic signals and the crossing guard.
Walk your bike through intersections.
Walk with a buddy.
Wear reflective material. It makes you more visible to street traffic.

The US Dep't. of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration suggests the following safe bicycling practices:

Always wear a helmet.
Always ride on the right side of the road. Never ride against traffic.
Ride single file. When passing other bikers or pedestrians, let them know your position by shouting out something like, "On your left!"
Always check behind you before changing lanes.
Watch out for dangerous things in the roadway. Litter, potholes, gravel and storm drains all can cause you to lose control.
Stop at all stop signs and at all traffic lights. Be extra careful at crossroads.
Always signal before making a left or right turn.
Maintain control of your bike. Don't swerve or make sudden turns. Use caution when riding next to parked cars to avoid injury from someone suddenly opening a car door in front of you.
Listen for cars approaching from the side or behind you.
Don't follow a car too closely. You may be in the blind spot, where the driver cannot see you, and you may be unable to stop if the car comes to a sudden halt.
Know your road signs and obey them.
Always be prepared to stop.
Wear brightly colored clothing.
Don't wear headphones, loose clothing or inappropriate shoes.

Remember these safety tips for entering and exiting the school bus:

Have a safe place to wait for your bus, away from traffic and the street.
Stay away from the bus until it comes to a complete stop.
When being dropped off, exit the bus and walk ten steps away from the bus. Also, remember that the bus driver can see you best when you are away from the bus.
Use the handrail to enter and exit the bus.
Be aware of street traffic. Drivers are required to follow the rules of the road concerning school buses, but not all do. Protect yourself and watch out.

You may think that riding in a car is completely safe. But there are still rules you must follow to avoid accidents when riding in a car:

Don't forget that most traffic crashes occur close to home.
Safety belts are the best form of protection in the event of a crash. Everyone needs to be buckled up properly: older kids in seat belts, younger kids in booster seats and toddlers in child safety seats.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has a "Back to school Safety Checklist" with tips on making schools, child care facilities and playgrounds safer. Hidden hazards from the checklist include the following:

Playgrounds -- Check the surfaces around equipment. There should be a 12-inch depth of wood chips, mulch, sand or pea gravel, or there should be mats made of safety-tested rubber or fiber material to prevent head injury when a child falls.

Drawstrings on jackets and sweatshirts -- Remove them from around the neck. They can cause strangulation by catching on things. Cut drawstrings at the waist or bottom of jackets to three inches.

Window blind cords -- If the windows in your home, childcare centers or schools have blinds, cut the loop and attach separate tassels to prevent entanglement.

Recalled Products -- You can get up-to-date recall and product safety information by checking out CPSC's web site on your home or school computer. Sign up to get free recall notices by fax, e-mail or regular mailing by calling CPSC's hotline or writing to CPSC, Washington, D.C. 20207.

Exercise Your Back Pain Away!

According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, 80 percent of Americans will experience back pain at some time in their life.

The traditional treatment for low back pain is increasing core strength to increase flexibility on tight muscles, provide better stabilization of the spine and exercises to correct the muscle imbalances. The muscles surrounding the spine provide stability and support of the spinal column. All the muscles between the hips and shoulders are included. These muscles are referred to as the core muscles. Back pain can be caused by muscle imbalances of any of these muscles. If the back of the thighs are weaker than the front of the thighs, there will be uneven pull on the front of the spinal column. This muscle imbalance can be caused from long periods of standing or sitting, improper strength training or running, this lordotic curve or sway back of the vertebral column can be painful.

There are more effective ways to integrate core strength training exercises into every exercise you perform, than by doing traditional crunches. One way is to use effective breathing. The following "Pilates" style breathing technique can be added to any strength training exercise. While performing a leg press, inhale during the bending part and exhale during the press. This deep breathing technique needs to be incorporated with the resistance or force of the exercise. You will utilize the diaphragm muscles which help to provide spinal support and lengthen the spine, by breathing from your diaphragm instead of shallow upper chest breathing.

The tummy tuck and bridge lift and can help reduce back pain and strengthen the core muscles. The tummy tuck is simply a pelvic tilt drawing the abdominals away from the floor. Simply lie face down and squeeze the glutes to lengthen the spine. Reach the tailbone down towards the heels instead of pressing into the thighs. Perform 10-12 repetitions of each exercise alternating them until you have completed 2-3 sets. For the bridge, simply place the feet on a bench or on the floor and scoop the pelvis upward; the rib cage should stay low to reduce the spine muscles irritation. This will relieve stress on the back and focus the muscle contraction into the hamstrings and glutes.

The lumbar side stretch, hip flexor stretch, and calf stretches can help to alleviate pull on the spine.

For the hip flexor stretch, bring one foot forward in a bent knee, 90 degree angle (knee to hip and knee to ankle) while the other leg is on the floor behind with foot pointing toward the ceiling. This stretch helps to open the muscles in the back on the sides of the spine near the hips. Squeeze the glutes to deepen the stretch with each exhaled breath. You should feel a stretch on the back leg, in the front of the thigh and the hamstrings on the front leg.

For the lumbar side stretch bring the legs wide with knees bent while sitting or standing. Bring one hand down towards the foot inside the thighs and the other behind the head.

The last stretch opens up the Achilles tendon; the most distant pull on the spine of the body. Place an object under your foot and lean your body weight forward. Keep a fluid breath while holding all stretches for 10-30 seconds .You should feel a stretch behind the knee and shin.

By exercising core muscles you will be able to continue working out without sacrificing your back. Check with your doctor before starting ANY exercise program!

VoIP Phones - Is This Where Technology has Brought Us?

The resourceful technology called VoIP has created a storm in the world of communication. More and more people all around the world are opting this technology at homes and at offices. There was a time when even a telephone was an awe inspiring concept. And now we, humans have grown and evolved to such a stage, where we can make international calls at the snap of a finger and enjoy a communication which is crystal clear and dirt cheap.

VoIP, as by now we all know, stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. And VoIP phones are telephones and cordless phones that are VoIP enabled. Today, markets all over the world, are brimming with VoIP phones and you can find all the well known brands like Philips, Siemens, Panasonic, etc. All these leading brands have different variety of VoIP phones, which are: Skype Phones, Wi-Fi phones, USB phones, Skype headset etc. Consumers choose as per their requirements and their usage.

VoIP, as said above, are used both at home and offices, with the help of an ATA box. The ATA box connects the phone and the computer to the modem, which connects to the internet. At home, one can plug in the main base of the telephone or cordless phone to the ATA box.

VoIP requires a high speed internet connection for which one needs cable or DSL. However, it would be best if you have broadband connection since the speed is pretty fast in such cases. There are many service providers who provide broadband internet connection. Although the technology with all the providers remains same, however, there is a big difference in the pricing and plans that each provider offers. You can choose your service provider as per your requirements.

After you get internet connection, all you have to do is just dial in the international or national number from your VoIP phone and get connected to any corner of the world.

bowflex Treadmill Review

bowflex is a subsidiary of Nautilus Fitness who have been in the exercise equipment business since 1986. Nautilus also owns Schwinn, Stairmaster and Trimline and they're the second largest producer of exercise equipment in the world.

bowflex is perhaps better known for their range of home gyms, however they have also come out with several treadmills that add competition to the already crowded mid-priced treadmill market.

Starting around $1100 up to $1999 (MSRP), bowflex offers 3 treadmill models: the 3 series, 5 series and 7 series treadmill.

Are bowflex treadmills a good value? Here is a review of the pros and cons of bowflex treadmills to help you decide for yourself.

Pros:

bowflex treadmills are sleek, attractive machines. They fold up to save space and have Softdrop decline which makes unfolding your treadmill easier. Built-in wheels also help you to move your treadmill around if space is tight.

Motor power ranges from 1.75 HP to 3.0 which is fairly average in this price range. All treadmills offer built in workout programs and heart rate monitoring so you can stay in your target heart rate zone while exercising.

bowflex treadmills offer Strike Zone deck suspension cushioning to make your workouts a little more comfortable and the higher end treadmills also come with 3 speed built-in fans to keep you cool.

The best part about bowflex treadmills are probably their warranties which cover the frame for 15 years, motor for 10 years, parts/electronics for 2 years and labor for 1 year. Although there are similarly priced treadmills with longer warranties, this is still a good warranty that will give you peace of mind just in case something goes wrong with your machine.

How do users rate them?

The most popular bowflex treadmill features with buyers are the solid feel, professional look and ease of construction. (However it is only fair to point out that there are still very few user reviews.)

Consumer Reports also rated the bowflex Series 7 treadmill a 'Best Buy' in their February 2006 ratings, giving it an "Excellent" rating in Quality, Exercise Range, and Ergonomics.

Cons:

Treadmill experts have reported noise problems with some of the treadmills due to the plastic parts. This can cause an extremely annoying rattling sound when using your treadmill.

Also, at this price range, competition is fierce and there are several other brands that offer you more for your money, especially in the terms of warranties, consoles and cushioning.

Conclusion:

bowflex treadmills are getting very positive reviews and they do offer some great warranties. If you really love the bowflex name, you'll no doubt be happy with a bowflex treadmill. However at this price range there is a lot of competition and you might want to do some more research before making your final decision.

Adjustable Rate mortgage - Salvation or Financial Trap

If you are currently trying to buy a new home you've probably noticed the endless stream of numbers being tossed to and fro. Things like monthly payment, down payment, home price, affordability and a host of other fees and figures. This can be daunting but in a strange way all these requirements, in the form of numbers can be used to work for you.

It's not easy to see but there is a wide mix of funding options available to home buyers today. Brokers, banks and other lending institutions have an amazing variety of mortgage options from traditional 30 year fixed to the less conventional but ever more popular 2 year adjustable rate mortgages.

How do you decide what option is best. Of course, that depends on your current circumstances. A few key factors will include your credit score, how long you plan on staying in your home and whether you have money for a down payment.

The traditional 30 year fixed rate mortgage will give you the peace of mind of knowing that the interest rate of your mortgage is not at the whim of the ever changing housing market. On the other hand, if interest rates drop it will cost you thousands in refinance charges to refinance your mortgage to a lower rate and if your financial or credit situation has changed you may no longer qualify at the best rates.

An alternative to the traditional 30 year fixed mortgage is the adjustable or variable rate mortgage - also known as an ARM. An ARM is different than a fixed mortgage because the interest rate is normally dependant upon some type of index (i.e. the 10 year Treasury Bill). ARMs come with an initial lower interest rate and monthly payment - that's their appeal, but with the lower initial rate comes additional risk because the interest rate is based on index rates that are subject to change.

On the other hand, you also have the potential to benefit if interest rates fall but rates normally have to fall quite a bit for you to realize any savings due to a number of reasons beyond the scope of this article. Just be aware that the odds of your rate dropping, is very low regardless of what interest rates do.

There are advantages to obtaining an adjustable rate home mortgage other than the initial lower monthly payments. Factors include: if you intend to pay down a big portion of your mortgage principal early or if you anticipate higher income in the future or if you would like to completely payoff your mortgage as quickly as possible. The initial lower interest rate of an adjustable rate mortgage allows you to apply more of your monthly payment to the principal.

You should understand the risks associated with an adjustable rate mortgage before agreeing to one so be sure to ask your lender to explain the interest rate ceilings or caps associated with the loan so that you are not blindsided a few years down the road with a much higher mortgage payment because your interest rate just jumped 2 points.

A viable option if you have little income flexibility is to ask your lender about payment caps. Payment caps can help to stabilize your monthly payments during periods of interest rate fluctuations. However, on the down side, this option can result in negative amortization on your loan. Negative amortization occurs when the balance of your mortgage increases because your mortgage payments are not big enough to cover both interest and a portion of the outstanding principal.

Clearly there are both pros and cons of adjustable rate mortgages but one option you may want to seriously consider is an option that allow you to convert your mortgage to a fixed rate if interest rates go against you. In most instances, this option will cost you some money but the fee is much less than a full refinance and could potential save you thousands of dollars and bunch of stress.
